Waste prevention and resource conservation are crucial for us at A1 Group. Our goal is to keep valuable raw materials in the resource cycle for as long as possible through consistent product life cycle management. With our ESG strategy, we are committed to the sustainable (re)use of products, devices, and systems in the long term. By 2025, we aim to increase the proportion of recycled and refurbished devices by 20%. To achieve this goal, we rely on the support of our experts at the A1 Refurbish Center in Bulgaria. In addition to environmentally friendly packaging material for modems, an A1 trade-in bonus, and an extended range of refurbished business phones, we also carry out device retrieval campaigns and prepare them for our customers.
