Governance
Being a trustworthy business partner is a constant goal for us at A1 Group. To ensure that we achieve this goal and to regularly monitor progress, A1 Group has strict compliance rules.
In addition to trustworthy business practices, sustainability is also a goal that is of great importance in the area of governance. This is also outlined by the inclusion of ESG targets in management remuneration since 2020.
However, compliance is not only to be included internally in all activities, but measures such as supply chain standards are also being implemented along the entire value chain. How sustainable companies act can be seen not only in the direct ecological and social impact of their business processes. A1 Group’s value chain is based on globally produced goods and services. The Group attaches great importance to sustainability aspects in procurement and operations. In addition, we attach great importance to data protection and security, as well as to maintaining high standards of integrity towards all stakeholders, such as through compliance management systems.
